Baking powder based on cream of tartar and soda allows you to create a cellular structure of the dough and increase it in volume during baking.

Recommendations for use. Use 20g baking powder for 500g flour. The proportion should be adjusted depending on the content of baking in the recipe.

For a successful baking result, the following sequence should be considered:
Preheat the oven;
Measure the required amount of baking powder and immediately close the bag tightly, avoiding the drying of the product;
Mix the baking powder with the dry ingredients (flour, starch) before the dry ingredients are added to the liquid ingredients;
After mixing the ingredients, it is recommended to immediately (!) Bake in a preheated oven.
