Mix 6.5 g of the mixture with 50 ml of water until smooth.
For a quick measurement: 1 tsp. with the top of the mixture + 3.5 tbsp. water.

This dosage is calculated as the equivalent of one Category 1 (C1) egg in recipes for cookies, casseroles, muffins and other baked goods. Just replace the required number of eggs in regular recipes.
