Inulin is a sweetener and source of soluble dietary fiber from chicory. The main advantage of this product is its action as a prebiotic, which contributes to the growth of the number of bifidobacteria in the human body.
To preserve the beneficial properties of inulin, it is obtained by cold pressing. It is an odorless white powder with a slight sweetish aftertaste.
