The syrup is a sweetener and source of soluble dietary fiber derived from chicory. The main advantage of this product is its action as a prebiotic, which contributes to the growth of the number of bifidobacteria in the human body.
To preserve the beneficial prebiotic properties of inulin syrup, it is produced without the use of chemical additives and high temperatures.
