Directions for use: Can be recommended as an additional source of natural vitamins and minerals. It has a general strengthening effect.
Ingredients: fruits of juniper, red mountain ash, hawthorn, wild rose, Ivan-tea leaves, raspberry leaves, lingonberries, viburnum.
Method of preparation of herbal tea: 1st. Spoon pour a glass of boiling water, leave for 15-20 minutes, strain. Add sugar or honey to taste.
