Natural Solid Shampoo Planta Citrus 75g - is the result of many years of development and testing - the best that we have received, adhering to environmental and ethical principles.

This shampoo is not just a mixture of surfactants, it is pH balanced and does not contain the main greenwashing ingredient - Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI), which is made using ethylene oxide * (most manufacturers lie about it being approved by COSMOS/Ecocert).

Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate is one of those rare exceptions where we use an ingredient that is not approved by COSMOS/Ecocert. But, unlike Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate has received a number of alternative environmental certifications and is not ethoxylated (not to be confused with Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, which is ethoxylated).

Usage Tips:

Remember that solid shampoo is a highly concentrated surfactant that is easy to overuse. Don't apply too much, focus on using more water instead. As with liquid shampoo, the second wash step requires less shampoo than the first. Dry the shampoo well after use.

* Ethylene oxide is a petrochemical substance that can cause cancer. Ethylene oxide, ethoxylated surfactants (including isethionate) and their admixture dioxane have a great negative impact on the environment, they are prohibited by COSMOS environmental standards (Ecocert, BDIH, ICEA, СosmeBio, Soil Association).
